WOW,, what a gorgeous apartment, I love it, and especially love your night view. Even with lease renewal increases how high could it possibly go from a starring rent of $600. I'm in.. If I were to move again I'd definitely visit Koala Lampur to see firsthand what's what, and make some arrangements. I love cooking, 2 burners are no problem. UA-camrs on cooking channels use these portable electric burners, grills, and fry pans, and you certainly have space for a portable burner. Perfection would be a cafe and a couple of restaurants in the building's street level storefronts. I'd want to install a filtration systems for the apartment water supply, Looking real good there in Koala Lampur, Andrew. Looking forward to seeing your living space after you get your furniture in, and hearing further critiques. Stay well, stay strong. I believe the backwards jacket is to protect clothes from having exhaust smell from the vehicles, while being opened at the back to stay cool.

I prefer my home facing sunrise than sunset. Morning sun not too bright and hot. 😅

I'm in the Greek Isles for the summer and swimming in the Aegean is still so chilly!!! I can't wait to winter in KL... I bet the water in the pool is perfect!! Between the pool, the gym and the tennis, we're going to be two chiseled Adonis' (well, you are already!) So happy for you with the new apartment! And the 2nd bedroom is also the perfect size for an office (YT editing and all your equipment, etc.) Does the building have any Common Areas where you can go if you just want a change of scenery? (I saw one building even had a WeWork-style Co-working space! and one of your prior buildings had all kinds of retail in the lobby.) Anyway, Congrats!!! 🤩

Curtains will not keep out the afternoon sun. You need double glazed glass.

Nice unit, AT! A few questions: 1. In what area of KL is this unit located? Still in Ampang? 2. You mentioned the fridge was just delivered. Do rentals in Malaysia not include appliances (like Australia)? 3. I noticed neither your old unit nor this unit has a balcony. Are balconies not a thing in KL? 4. What is the term of your lease? 12 months, I assume? Is there a security deposit? 5. I know you prefer Penang, so why not just move back there as opposed to staying in KL if you are making an effort to move? 6. Is the unit located near public transport for those without a motorbike? 7. You unit appears to be a 2/2 at USD $600 (RM 3,000)/mo? Do you know how much a furnished studio (0/1) or 1 bed (1/1) would rent for in that building? Thanks, AT. I hope all is well 🙏👍
